Process integration connects

The research strategy at PRISMA is to develop understanding, employment and application of process integration in the steel industry, by simultaneous method development and practice of the methodology by application projects in collaboration with industry and universities.

For the first three-year period, four research areas have been defined: Future production and process systems, Optimum raw material design, Sustainable energy strategies and Residual products and recycling systems.
